A Look at Kanye West Vote Totals

Kanye West ran for president as an independent. Without even having the gumption to ask for a recount, he intimated this morning that he was conceding the election and setting his sights on 2024.

Anyways, how many votes did Kanye actually get? Vulture compiled:

- Arkansas: 4,040
- Colorado: 6,127
- Idaho: 3,092
- Iowa: 3,197
- Kentucky: 6,259
- Louisiana: 4,894
- Minnesota: 7,654
- Mississippi: 3,117
- Oklahoma: 5,590
- Tennessee: 10,195
- Utah: 4,311
- Vermont: 1,255

Tennessee was the highest gross total, and comprised .3 percent of voters. Kanye earned .4 percent of the votes in Idaho, Utah, and Oklahoma. All in all, that adds up to 63,771 voters who selected Kanye West for president.

Perhaps it is good for our nation's collective sanity that none of these states were ones where Kanye could have made a difference between Donald Trump and Joe Biden.
