Arch Manning Grew 2 Inches and 25 Pounds in High School Football Offseason

If you haven't yet heard of Arch Manning -- nephew of Peyton and Eli, son of Cooper -- you should start to get acquainted, because it's almost certain we're going to be hearing about him a lot as he starts to enter the college football recruiting cycle. Manning, a rising sophomore at Isadore Newman High School in New Orleans, has apparently grown since the last time we saw him. Jeff Duncan of The Athletic notes:




247 does not have a star ranking for Manning yet, but notes that interested schools include Ole Miss in the warm category and Duke, Georgia, LSU, and Tennessee in the cool category. He had 34 touchdown passes, 6 interceptions, a 65.5% completion percentage, and 12.6 yards per attempt as a freshman.

It's about as sure a bet as possible that we will see him playing on Saturdays in a few years, and Sundays likewise would not be astonishing.
