Virginia Gubernatorial Candidate Terry McAuliffe Swears To Make Vax Mandatory For Children, If Elected

A Virginia gubernatorial race between lead candidates Terry McAuliffe (D) and Glenn Youngkin (R) will come to a decision on November 2.

A good representation of Democrats in 2021, McAuliffe is running his campaign on the premise of COVID-centric policies and more money to fund power-hungry school boards.

OutKick's Clay Travis pointed out the lunacy in McAuliffe's oath to force the vaccine on children, as mentioned in a sit-down with ABC 7 News - WJLA. McAuliffe announced the objective as a pillar of his campaign.

Weeks away from the race, polling is placing the two at a direct tie among Virginia's voters — evened out at 46 percent of the vote, per candidate. McAuliffe previously served as the governor between 2014 and 2018 until he was ousted by Halloween enthusiast Ralph Northam.

The topic of education has also been a huge obstacle for McAuliffe, often adversarial toward vocal parent groups. When pressed over school board meetings contested by parents, McAuliffe has voiced opposition for them to have a say and once left an interview pre-maturely at the mention.

McAuliffe's gubernatorial campaign vaccination angle has relied on calling his Republican opponent an "anti-vaxxer" for disagreeing with vaccine mandates on students and the general public.

Similar to California, Democrats have appeared to campaign for McAuliffe based on waning support for his progressive policies and overreaching COVID mandates.

McAuliffe previously called on President Joe Biden and pop artist Taylor Swift to both pledge support to his campaign, hoping it would spark excitement for the empty suit Dem's run.
