Joe Biden Introduces Volodymyr Zelensky As Vladimir Putin
The entire country saw during the presidential debate in June that President Joe Biden has declined significantly.
Since the debate, his handlers have worked hard to shore up concerns from both sides of the political aisle that Biden is mentally unfit to hold office now and for the next four years. It hasn't worked.
At his public appearances since, including an interview with left-wing ABC host George Stephanopoulos, he's appeared similarly hoarse, weak, confused and senile.

Sure enough, at another public appearance on Thursday, Biden did it again. During the NATO Summit underway in Washington, DC, Biden was set to introduce Ukranian President Volodymyr Zelensky. He biffed it.
"And now I want to hand it over to the president of Ukraine, who has as much courage as he has determination," Biden said. "Ladies and gentlemen, President [Vladimir] Putin."
A few seconds later, after some audience encouragement and a confused face from Zelensky, he corrected himself. "President Putin? We’re going to beat President Putin – President Zelensky. I’m so focused on beating Putin, we got to worry about it," Biden said. "Anyway, Mr. President."
Nailed it, big guy.
Joe Biden Continues To Show Signs Of Mental Decline
Biden's rapidly increasing senility has been obvious to outside observers since the 2020 campaign. And after the debate, stories have been flying about how hard Biden's handlers have worked to hide it from the public.

But it took just one unscripted event for all their hard work to come crashing down. The Zelensky-Putin mistake came in a scripted situation with a massive teleprompter though, cementing how difficult it is for Biden to stay cogent and coherent even when his responses are scripted.
The gaffes are piling up, as the calls for him to exit the race. Fortunately for former President Donald Trump however, he doesn't seem to be listening.
